How to find a food truck for your festival

Planning a festival or event? Want to find a food truck to feed the crowd? In this post I’ll go over the step by step process to finding a food truck for your next event.

1. Post an event on Popping Live

Head over to https://popping.live, click ‘host an event’ and fill in event details. Add any details that vendors will need to know. (date, time, fees, estimated attendance, how many vendors are needed, etc.)

2. Accept Application

A notification email and message will be sent when a vendor applies to be at your event. You have 24 hours to make a decision.

3. Communication

Once a vendor applies, it starts a conversation between you and the vendor. Make sure to communicate with vendors any details specific to your event. Keeping an open line of communication between host and vendors is key to a successful event.
